AGREEMENT TO TERMS OF SERVICE & NO-REFUND POLICY
These Terms of Service and Refund Policy constitute a binding legal agreement between CAISSA MARKETING LLC ("The Company", "We") and the purchaser ("You"). By clicking "Pay" and completing your purchase, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below.
STRICT NO REFUND POLICY All Sales Are Final
By clicking "Complete Purchase," "Pay," or "Join," you acknowledge and agree that you are purchasing a non-refundable service or digital asset. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds, credits, or exchanges will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:
Digital Access & Memberships: Access to the "Cash 360" platform, Library, or "Propiedades de Alto Valor" is deemed "consumed" the moment login credentials are created or the content is accessed.
Live & Dated Events: You are purchasing a reserved seat for a specific date/time. These are "perishable" services; your failure to attend for any reason (including scheduling conflicts or technical/internet issues on your end) does not entitle you to a refund.
1-on-1 Meetings & Coaching: Professional time is reserved exclusively for you. Cancellations or "no-shows" forfeit the full fee.
Subjective Satisfaction: Our services are educational. Dissatisfaction with content, "age" of recorded material, or personal results are not grounds for a refund.
Florida Statutory Disclosure (FL Stat. § 501.142): This "No Refund" policy is conspicuously disclosed at the point of sale. By proceeding, you waive any default right to a 7-day refund period.
Service Abuse: We reserve the right to terminate access without refund if a user attempts to circumvent these terms by making false "New User" claims or threatening fraudulent chargebacks.
NON-CUMULATIVE PROMOTIONS, COUPONS & BONUSES
All discounts, coupons, promotional codes, and bonuses offered by CAISSA MARKETING LLC are strictly non-cumulative. They cannot be combined, stacked, or used in conjunction with any other active offers, sales, or promotions. Only one (1) coupon, discount, or bonus may be applied per single transaction. The Company reserves the right to reject, cancel, or invalidate any transaction where multiple promotional benefits have been applied simultaneously.
EARNINGS AND RESULTS DISCLAIMER
Any earnings, income statements, or examples shown through our services, including but not limited to "Cash 360" and "Propiedades de Alto Valor," are only estimates of what might be possible. CAISSA MARKETING LLC makes no guarantees regarding your future earnings, financial success, or business results. Success in any endeavor requires effort, skill, and execution; you absolute accept all risks associated with your results and understand that individual outcomes will vary.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & ANTI-PIRACY
All content, proprietary materials, software, videos, text, and property lists provided within our platforms are the exclusive intellectual property of CAISSA MARKETING LLC. Your purchase grants you a single, non-transferable, revocable license for personal use only. Sharing your login credentials, distributing materials to third parties, or duplicating content for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of access without a refund, plus potential legal action for copyright infringement.
SERVICE ABUSE & TERMINATION FOR CAUSE
CAISSA MARKETING LLC and/or CAISSA MKT reserves the right to terminate access to all products and services immediately, without refund, if a user engages in "Service Abuse." Service Abuse includes, but is not limited to:
Attempting to claim "New User" status or "Trial Windows" more than once for the same or similar products.
Initiating or threatening a fraudulent chargeback despite having accessed the intellectual property.
Making false or meritless legal claims to circumvent our "No Refund" policy.
Note: If a refund is issued, access to all proprietary materials, including community groups and property lists, will be permanently revoked.
EU/UK Consumer Waiver
If you are purchasing from the European Union or United Kingdom: You acknowledge that this service is for a leisure activity provided on a specific date (Directive 2011/83/EU Article 16(l)) and is therefore exempt from the standard 14-day Right of Withdrawal. You expressly waive any right to cancel once your order is processed.
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms of Service shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action, suit, or dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or our services must be filed exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida, US. You hereby consent and submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
