These Terms of Service and Refund Policy constitute a binding legal agreement between CAISSA MARKETING LLC ("The Company", "We") and the purchaser ("You"). By clicking "Pay" and completing your purchase, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below.

By clicking "Pay," you are purchasing a ticket to a live, dated online event. NO REFUNDS, CREDITS, OR EXCHANGES will be issued under any circumstance. This includes, but is not limited to:
Change of mind or scheduling conflicts.
Technical failure on your end (e.g., weak internet, Zoom incompatibility, firewall issues).
Dissatisfaction with the content or speaker.
Accidental duplicate purchases (unless flagged immediately within 1 hour).
EU/UK Consumer Waiver
If you are purchasing from the European Union or United Kingdom: You acknowledge that this service is for a leisure activity provided on a specific date (Directive 2011/83/EU Article 16(l)) and is therefore exempt from the standard 14-day Right of Withdrawal. You expressly waive any right to cancel once your order is processed.
