STRICT NO REFUND POLICY All Sales Are Final
By clicking "Pay," you are purchasing a ticket to a live, dated online event. NO REFUNDS, CREDITS, OR EXCHANGES will be issued under any circumstance. This includes, but is not limited to:
Change of mind or scheduling conflicts.
Technical failure on your end (e.g., weak internet, Zoom incompatibility, firewall issues).
Dissatisfaction with the content or speaker.
Accidental duplicate purchases (unless flagged immediately within 1 hour).
EU/UK Consumer Waiver
If you are purchasing from the European Union or United Kingdom: You acknowledge that this service is for a leisure activity provided on a specific date (Directive 2011/83/EU Article 16(l)) and is therefore exempt from the standard 14-day Right of Withdrawal. You expressly waive any right to cancel once your order is processed.
Chargeback Abuse

Stripe (Payment Processor): We use Stripe to process payments. Stripe collects identifying information about the devices that connect to its services. Stripe uses this information to operate and improve the services it provides to us, including for fraud detection. Legal Authorities: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., a court or a government agency).
Mobile Information Usage: No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Our business is based in United States of America. You acknowledge that these names may be used interchangeably on our website, invoices, credit card statements (descriptors), and communication channels. A debit or charge from any of the aforementioned entities constitutes a valid charge for the Services provided.
